USCIS Immigration Examination
Navigating the immigration process can be challenging, but at Island Pacific Medical Center, we've perfected a hassle-free approach. We have a USCIS Immigration Surgeon providing medical examinations for American immigration.
What You Need
- Government-issued photo identification (preferably a passport). 
- Copies of vaccination records, including mandatory Covid-19 vaccination. 
- List of current medications. 
What We Provide
- Utilization of computerized software for accurate i693 form completion, with stored copies. 
- Blood test for syphilis (RPR) for individuals aged 18 - 44, with results within 24 hours. 
- Urine test for gonorrhea for individuals aged 18 - 24, with results within 72 hours. 
- Tuberculosis clearance through a blood test within the previous 12 months. 
- Administration of required vaccinations by the Department of Immigration, including Tetanus toxoid, Hepatitis B vaccine, MMR (measles-mumps-rubella), pneumonia immunization for individuals 65 and older, and children's vaccinations. 
Timing:
- Immigration physicals typically take 4-7 business days, allowing for required TB (blood) and gonorrhea (urine) tests. 
- Expedited same-day processing available for those completing vaccinations and tests beforehand.
